Your bespoke fitness program starts here. Through a thorough intake using movement screens and interviews, I learn about your fitness goals, health history, fitness level, and exercise likes and dislikes
I design a program that addresses any movement quality issues (like flexibility, balance, and stability) while also increasing your strength, stamina, and skill where your body is ready to meet the (just right) challenge of training for your goals. I'll reassess along the way to track progress and make adjustments in the program where needed so that you can continue (or start!) enjoying the activities that matter most to you.
Get all the fitness with none of the judgement, shame, and punishment that is inflicted by diet culture. And if diet culture tries to hijack your training sessions, I'll be right there offering coaching and support to help you work through it and get on with the important and exciting business of achieving your fitness goals.
