Stable & Strong provides you with a customized program and expert coaching focused on increasing joint control, nervous system regulation, body awareness, and sustainable strength. Tailored to your body, goals, fitness level, and recovery capacity, you'll also learn how to modify movement, manage effort, and use tension appropriately—so you can train effectively with confidence.
STABLE & STRONG IS $1040/MONTH AND INCLUDES:
2x/week 1:1 personal training sessions (virtual or in private Del Mar, CA gym)
Customized fitness plan for your body, capacity and goals
Ongoing education on training with hypermobility
