All training and nutrition coaching sessions are conducted live via video conferencing through Zoom. Packages based on session rate of $90 per session.

I. STRONG FOUNDATION

This training-only option is best if you are satisfied with your nutritional practices and are looking to complete your overall health and fitness program.

INCLUDES:

  • Initial health & movement screening with periodic assessments to track progress.

  • One-on-one 1 hour personal training sessions 2-3x/week. 

  • A new customized program every 4 weeks. 

  • Exercise selection based on ability, fitness level and specific goals.

  • Immediate guidance, feedback and modifications provided throughout each workout. 

II. FIT & FUELED

Combines personal training and nutrition coaching to provide you with a comprehensive fitness program that will get you feeling and performing your best.

INCLUDES STRONG FOUNDATION, PLUS:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions 2x/month with unlimited email support in-between sessions.

  • Guidance on shifting away from restrictive dieting practices and moving toward a relaxed intuitive eating style.

  • Enjoy foods that nourish, satiate and satisfy you physically, mentally and spiritually.

  • Tools, resources and strategies to help you gradually add-in healthy eating behaviors and habits while letting go of counterproductive ones.
